I bought 5 copies, sir. Should be arriving today. Got a free trial of Prime so I could get them on launch day. Will be sharing with my friends and NIMBY parents! Got the Kindle edition too, cause I just couldn't wait. Although it looks terrible on an actual Kindle. Still readable tho. But better on a computer. I bought them in Canada and I noticed the Kindle version said "Printed in Canada" even though it's not actually printed. Curious: Are they all printed in Canada for some reason? Or only copies sold in Canada?
Surely Russ Roberts would have you on econtalk (you haven't been on for a long time) and I think you'd also have an interesting talk with Noah Smith of Econ102 and also the bit more lefty but curious Ezra Klein. Clearly I have no sway on any of these folks but I am sure you know people who know people etc...
