Great talk. Some of the studies on the gender wage cap I have seen still show a slight (3 to 4 percentage) wage preference for men after adjusting for all the factors that Bryan mentioned. I believe that this might be due to a litigation risk one assumes when hiring women and minorities. Fire them and run the risk of being sued for discrimination.
It is becoming more and more clear that you saw Jordan Peterson's fame and realized there was a huge audience of misogynists out there looking for someone to tell them they are right.
Link for slides doesn’t work.
Could you reload and tell me if it works now?
The link works from the post(on Substack) but not from the email, which I guess can't be changed.

Has it ever worked for you to convince someone is wrong (he isn’t)by assuming the worst in them and using no argument to try to prove it?
Oh look, another person who's been programed to hate Jordan.
How about you provide one example of his misogyny? Just one will do.
Or better yet, go to YouTube and watch the Bill Burr clip on male feminists.
Patiently awaiting your counter argument.
"The Violence Gap" (Slide 7) is blank except for the slide title. It is also the last slide that appears in the PDF.
