I still go to both (even though I no longer subscribe to the former's RSS feed), and don't like Substack's commenting system. Overcoming Bias is the blog I most regret switched to Substack though.

Can only americans apply? I would love to go and it doesn't say aywhere, but on previous year every one comes from american universities
