My recommendation for radicals like you is to find a "shit hole" country (they abound), pay off the leaders to subject their country to your experiment, perform the experiment, report the results, (go back to the drawing board for as many times as it takes and you can find guinea pig countries), and leave the rest of us to "suffer" the USA as it is.

People who want some multicultural utopia are free to try and create it elsewhere. Most of Saudi Arabia and China are empty. Oh, that's right; like almost all of the world's population they enforce their borders because they read history. They understand creating and maintaining a stable nation is not easy, but made all the harder with a horde of foreigners indifferent to the subtle strands that thread through a nation and make it viable. That's why if you get a job contract in Saudi Arabia or Qatar you live in a compound until they throw you back out. And good on them.
